after waiting 2 1/2 months for the atv i wanted it finally arrived darn covid-19 screwed up getting one earlier but my sales man Jeffery fralin kept me posted on when they expected them to come in and i went and took delivery of a 2020 yamaha kodiak 700 today Jeffery and the staff there were awesome if you want top quality service come here if you want the best salesman available in my opinion ask for Jeffery Fralin he's awesome along with everyone there

My fiancee and I were recently in Roanoke for the Harley Owner's Group Rally. My fiancee rides a Can-Am Spyder (don't judge, Harley's aren't user friendly for the under 5 foot group) which sprung an oil leak while we were about 250 miles from home. The service department at Star City Powersports got us in spur of the moment late on a Friday and were able to determine approximately where it was leaking, and assured us that we could make the trip home with it as long as we monitored the oil level. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the help!

I was in the middle of a weeklong ride with seven friends when one of them noticed his rear tire was going bald (to the point it was getting dangerous) after only 2000 miles. I checked my rear tire and it was getting squared off in the middle. We stopped by Star City Powersports and they were more than accommodating. They not only changed the tires immediately but they drove us to a local restaurant to get lunch while we waited. Then they picked us up and we were off with barely any down time. Can't thank you guys enough!

Just bought my brand new 2014 Honda CBR 1000 SP. This place is fantastic. I have been looking for this bike for a while and it was either star city or some place in Mississippi. Customer service blows other places out of the water and they are spot on, and honest. Phil helped me out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend star city even if it is a little bit of a drive. I drove up from Georgia and would do it again. They are definitely worth it! Great selection and very friendly staff.

All I can say is wow. I bought my first bike here yesterday. I looked at this bike (2016 cbr500r) probably 5 times before I finally decided to buy it and with the help of the salesman Richard Leftwich I closed the deal yesterday. Richard was a huge help and made the whole process seemless and made me feel like a valued customer. Also the guy at the back sales counter (I can't remember his name) was a huge help when it came to picking out gear and was very knowledable. Very accommodating. I was on a 7000 mile road trip in mid June and it was time for an oil change. I was in and out in no time.

I recently purchased a 2017 Rancher at star city power sports from Phil. They helped my find exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out in no time. Since I was unfamiliar with the model I purchased, he volunteered to give me a crash course in its operation and a few of its features. It was a great experience and I love my machine. I will definitely be back for more off-road toys.

They came to Sandy Bottom and put on a demo day for VCHSS with the new bikes and it was AWSOME....5he demo track was big enough to fill suspension travel...cornering...and wide open power....I personally rode the wr250 and yz250f ran out of time for the yz250f and 250x however I was really impressed and can not wait till the next one....I plan on going today to try and get a new bike.

They take very good care of my bike. Bought it new from them. The service department is very accomadateing. They just put new tires on it for me and did an excellent job. Rides smooth at highway speed.

Traveler drop in, hooked me up with new tires on the spot, did not gouge me on pricing, tires have been in fine shape since install. I would use them again if I am in their area again.
